Key Responsibilities:

The Service Advisor is the main point of contact for our customers whose vehicles are in for maintenance or repair. Our locations manage a high volume of phone calls and walk in customer traffic. As the liaison between the technicians, parts department and our customers, the Service Advisor ensures our technicians have all relevant information from our customers and that our customers are informed about their vehicle’s progress. The Service Advisor ensures full-cycle quality service for our customers from drop off to pick up, and everything in between.

Skill Set:

  • Customer service focused with strong communication skills to document customer transactions, including but not limited to; initial contact from customer, checking for any recalls, listing any deficiencies, building work order and communicating with technicians
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once while providing excellent customer service
  • Proven record of following safety procedures, provincial/federal legislation, and company policies
  • Ethically driven, committed to the customer experience from initial contact to end of sale
  • Able to manage high amounts of paperwork. Timely paperwork processing is a crucial component of this role
  • Must be a motivated self-starter able to work in a fast paced, detailed, and process driven environment
  • Confident using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools
  • Experience with Procede, or Daimler Software considered an asset


  • BC Class 5 driver’s license
  • Technical vehicle knowledge an asset
  • Candidates with previous experience in a Truck Dealership may be given preference
